Merchant, ticketing and refunds

Buybusinessclass Travel, Inc. is the merchant of record for bookings made on this website. The charge on your statement comes from us, and we issue the receipt.
Depending on the fare, your ticket is issued either on our own accredited plate or, for consolidated and negotiated fares, on the plate of an accredited ticketing partner acting on our behalf. Either way the ticket is issued by an accredited agency and validated by the operating carrier, and your e-ticket number is shown on your confirmation.
We do. Contact us for any change, cancellation or refund on a booking made here — not the airline and not Google. What is possible, and at what cost, is set by the airline's fare rules for the ticket you bought; our own service charges are set out in the refund policy.
